"Talent Propels Sons of Serendip from BU to the Billboard Charts" - The Boston Globe
“Sons of Serendip’s arrangements of traditional songs — O Holy Night, Let It Snow and others — is alive with detail but silky beyond reason...” Ben Ratliff, New York Times
The quartet, Sons of Serendip, a finalist from "America's Got Talent" were called "the most musically talented act on the show" by Howie Mandel and Howard Stern. This unique and dynamic quartet consists of a harpist, cellist, pianist and a vocalist. Their "classical" arrangements of popular songs has taken the world by storm.
Kendall Ramseur, Cordaro Rodriguez, Mason Morton and Micah Christian all met by serendipitous chance while in graduate school at Boston University. Coming from diverse backgrounds, they found a common interest in musical performance and developed a sensitive and joyous celebration of blues, pop and traditional songs.
They combine tenor, harp, cello & piano/keyboard into a classy, spiritual, and timeless interpretation of the songs of Stevie Wonder, Andy Williams, Leonard Cohen, Diana Ross and many others.
